In the morning of 5 June, the ship arrived and anchored off the small port and provide tender
service through the day transferring passengers to visit this small port.
Korsakov is town located at the southern end of Sakhalin Island. The main attraction is a small museum with an exhit describing the local frontierhistory and the Japanese possession during the early half 20th century.
Sovetskaya Street is the main street with small shops offering locally produce strawberry and Korean delicacies as the population make up a large ethnic Korean minority.

In the early morning on 7 June,
all cruise passengers were greeted as VIP at the pier.
Then, shuttle buses transferred all to city center
where everyone stroll around for about 7 hours.

Cruising Trip Itinerary
30 May 2019 starting from Kobe arriving at Hakodate on 1 June, Muroran on 2 June, Kushiro on 3 June, cruising round Shirodoko Peninsular on 4 June, then stopover at Korsakov, Russia on 5 June, then return to Otaru, Hokkaido on 6 June and Aomori on 7 June. back to Kobe on 10 June.
After disembarkation, we visited the nearby Amagasaki City and then went to Nara and Kyoto where we stayed for 4 nights .
